About Dain Harris
Singing since the age of two, 19 year-old William Gregory Dain Harris, born and raised in the new Motown Atlanta, Georgia, is well on his way to securing a stable future in the legendary world of music. As a naturally talented singer and now songwriter, Dain has emerged as a leading contender in Contemporary R&B. With strong and soulful vocal skills that are undeniably beyond his years, Dains musical influences include the incomparable Stevie Wonder, Donnie Hathaway, Prince, EnVogue,Steven Tyler,David Bowie and Musiq Soulchild. In 2002, Dain made an inevitable connection with his manager and mentor Mike Dawson, an Atlanta based music marketing and promotion executive. Since then they have been working together non-stop preparing for whats destined to come for Dain a major career in music. With the completion of High School under his belt and plans for a debut album release, Dain is currently hard at work completing album material and sharpening his performance skills at venues such as the Sugarhill Lounge and Earthlink in Atlanta.
